Home Health Care of Gaston County, Inc. was Gaston County
's first private home health care agency. Eileen Klimkowski founded the company in 1979
in response to a growing need for community nursing. In 1996, Home Health
Care of Gaston County was renamed EmeraldCare. The agency serves more than 1,000 clients
annually and has a long-standing reputation for professionalism and quality
care.
Our service area includes Gaston, Cleveland, Lincoln and Mecklenburg
counties of North Carolina.
Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 7days a week.
EmeraldCare offers a full range of
professional medical services provided in the home under the direction of
the client's physician. Home care includes not only direct client care, but
client and family education and the facilitation of independence and self
care.
